Today, this unique establishment is run by Agnieszka Witaszak-Wawrzyniak and Przemysław Wawrzyniak, who successfully continue the family legacy, giving it a contemporary twist. Agnieszka Witaszak-Wawrzyniak has made a lasting mark on Polish gastronomy. She is the first woman in Poland whose talents have been officially recommended by the prestigious Michelin Guide.
